Multi-Site Congregational Survey (Spring 2023)

Before starting this survey, please carefully read the document entitled, “What Is The Multi-Site Model of Shuswap Community Church?”

Please complete this survey from your individual perspective (i.e. married couples should complete it separately). Each person should complete the survey only once each.

There are no required questions on this survey, but please take the time to thoughtfully answer each question. Completing the survey should take less than 15 minutes including reading the document linked to above. This survey will close on May 8, 2023.
